“In my clinical work, both my patients and I greatly benefit from the Norse. It has contributed to more accurate therapy, increased efficiency, and real user participation, among other things.”

Erik Svendsen, psychiatric nurse, Steigen municipality (Primary Health Care Provider)

The Norse in Primary Health Care

Know if Your Mental Health Service Provision Actually Works. Make Primary Health Services Even More Accessible and Effective.

The Norse is a professional management system that ensures high-quality primary mental health services. Norse Primary is currently used by municipalities across Norway for their low-threshold services, mental health teams, outreach services, treatment and follow-up services, group programs, and child and youth services.

Norse Flow offers a digital entry and self-referral option for primary health care providers. Flow can facilitate the allocation work (Triage) to match individual residents’ needs with the primary health care provider’s services.

Norse Adult is used in primary support services, whether in regular talk therapy, assisted self-help, or group offerings.

Norse Youth is a conversational tool that can also be used in the processes described above, but also for screening lower secondary school pupils prior to routine check-ups.

Norse Analysis provides leaders and managers with access to aggregated data, where they can:

  • get a live overview of the effectiveness of the services delivered, and make adjustments as needed.
  • better provide support and professional development for their employees.
  • compare the recovery rate of their patients or clients with an aggregate norm (regional or national).
  • provide robust documentation of their services to key stakeholders and policy makers.

Personal Treatment and Data-Driven Insights

The Norse is a professional management system that:

  • makes access to primary health care services more available and streamlined.
  • strengthens user involvement and practitioner insight at all levels where the tools are used.
  • ensures quality assurance at the clinical level, department level, and aggregated level.
  • enables data-driven decision-making practices.

Curiosity, Collaboration and Conceptualization

Norse Feedback’s method is based on three values:

Curiosity: Being open and explorative to better understand clients’ experiences and needs.

Collaboration: Effective collaboration to build trust, listen actively, and ensure clients feel heard and understood.

Conceptualization: Developing a structured understanding of the client’s problems together to create targeted treatment plans tailored to individual needs. These principles ensure effective and personalized mental health services.
