We aim to provide leaders with an opportunity to change and develop mental health services. It is recognized that change starts at the top.

A structured approach to person-reported data offers unique insights into what is important on an individual level.

This does not necessarily provide a direct cause-effect relationship. However, it gives you as a leader a unique opportunity to understand your organization and your users. This is useful information that can highlight areas of success and areas needing improvement. This data will also provide information about patients’ needs and potential “blind spots” in the service.

The goal is also for the services to gain indicators and realistic information so that knowledge can be built on how the services work for those who benefit from them.
